What we collect

When you send the plan-a-trip or contact form we keep what you type: your name, your email, the tour and month you chose, the number of travellers and your message. When you book we also keep what we need to run the trip, such as your passport name, your diet and an emergency contact.

Why

To answer you, to plan and run your tour and to send you its documents. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent your details.

Who sees it

Your planner and your guide. Boats, huts and guesthouses get only what they need: a name, a diet, a bed.

How long

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Booking records are kept for as long as tax rules ask, then deleted.

Your choices

Ask at any time what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to correct or delete it. Write to the email on the contact page and we answer within a week.
